West Valley Family YMCA
There is no place like Summer with the YMCA – A home away from home where kids laugh, learn, explore and grow, while creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime. Kids discover not just the wonders of Summer, but the joy of exploring their unique traits, talents and interests and the power of sharing their strengths and skills to benefit the group. That’s why more than 600 kids in the West Valley area attend our Summer Day Camp programs; to belong, to achieve and to build relationships.

OUR CAUSE
At the YMCA, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
OUR MISSION
The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles puts Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
OUR FOCUS
We believe that to bring about meaningful change in individuals and communities, we must be focused and accountable. That’s why we focus our work in three key areas that are fundamental to strengthening community: Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
