Chestnut Ridge - Residential Camp

Available to campers enrolled in Kindergarten - 11th grade 1 week sessions (unless otherwise noted) Sunday through Friday June 16 - August 16 Drop Off: At the Parent Info Session, 3:30pm Sunday afternoon Pick Up: At the closing Dinner Celebration, 6:30pm Friday evening Chestnut Ridge was voted the #1 Resident Camp by the readers of Carolina Parent Magazine in 2016! Resident Camp is the very best experience Chestnut Ridge offers. Campers will find that they get a lot of choice in which elective activities they do each day, choosing from great outdoor adventures like climbing, swimming, canoeing, the farm, zipline, hayrides, crafts, and more! Resident Campers also get to participate in spectacular evening activities like Capture the Flag, Amazing Race, Home in the Woods, Talent Show, Pool Party, and Lake walk - all activities reserved exclusively for resident campers. Campers stay in air-conditioned cabins that have bathrooms in them. There you will find dedicated summer staff members playing with the campers and actively engaging them in the life of the community. By living in community and playing with one another, the campers and counselors in each cabin form significant bonds and friendships over the course of the week. Our amazingly gifted counselors make every week at camp special, and help to create memories that last a lifetime. Your camper will hop in your car at the end of the week sweaty, tired, and full of stories about their adventures at Chestnut Ridge!
