Northwind Farm Day Camp - North Wind Farm Day Camp

North Wind Farm Day Camp is located on a working farm. All Camper get to learn how to care for different farm animals like goats, chickens, sheep, cows, and pigs. With the farm located on a large area of land camper will get the exciting opportunity to go hiking, fishing, and exploring the different ecosystems around the property. Camp runs Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm for 7 weeks in the summer. Camp has two programs running each week. The general themed sessions are for campers 5-12, campers will do a verity of activities on the farm and get the opportunity to meet different volunteers form the community. The Specialty themed sessions have different age restrictions. The 4-H animal science is a four-week session for campers 8-12 campers in this session will focus on 4-H animal science and 4-H projects. Energy Investigators is a one-week session for campers 9-12, campers will focus on sustainable energies. Wilderness Explorers is a two-week session for campers 9-12, campers will learn about wilderness survival.
