Wilderness Adventures' **Explorer** programs for current 7th and 8th graders offer the perfect mix of adventure, discovery, and fun, designed to introduce middle schoolers to the joys of outdoor exploration. These trips take participants to incredible destinations like the rugged **Rockies**, the geothermal wonders of **Yellowstone**, the scenic trails of **The Carolinas**, the lush landscapes of **Hawaii**, the coastal beauty of the **Pacific Northwest**, and the picturesque peaks of the **White Mountains**. Explorers enjoy activities such as hiking through stunning trails, rafting down exciting rivers, sea kayaking along scenic shorelines, and camping under starry skies. With a focus on teamwork, skill-building, and personal growth, these trips encourage participants to step outside their comfort zones, form lasting friendships, and build confidence. Guided by experienced and supportive leaders, Explorer programs provide a safe and exciting environment for young adventurers to develop a love for the outdoors while creating unforgettable memories.
