Camp Say - Camp SAY

Camp SAY is an ACA-Accredited, 2-week, sleep-away summer camp for young people who stutter, ages 8-18. Camp SAY combines a high-quality, traditional camp experience with specialized programs and activities that help kids and teens who stutter develop confidence and independence, improve communication skills, and form important lifelong friendships. Camp SAY is hosted every summer at Pocono Springs Camp, a new, 60-acre, $8 million, state-of-the-art camp facility located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania – just 75 miles from New York City and 100 miles from Philadelphia. This spectacular, private camp facility offers a huge range of activities with several sports fields, a gorgeous private lake, a heated swimming pool and so much more! Camp SAY 2021 dates are Monday, August 2nd - Monday, August 16th, with a shortened stay option available. Campers are welcomed by a super-friendly staff, many of whom also stutter, and immediately see that Camp SAY is a very special place of acceptance, support, and encouragement. Camp SAY is a life-changing summer camp where young people who stutter are free to have fun and stutter as openly as they choose - and everyone ALWAYS gets as much time as they need to speak.
