We will create our own magical kingdom and produce a play based upon traditional and contemporary fairy tales. Students develop language arts skills while listening, acting out, reading and writing about familiar tales. Math skills are developed through work with number patterns, geometry and counting. This class, of course, ends happily ever after with a poetry recital and play performance. What a great way to practice important skills while having fun.
