We are looking to identify and develop the next generation of CRS staff. The CIA participants have fun while using teamwork to serve in a variety of areas critical to our camp ministry. They get an inside look at what it is like to be on staff, while receiving Biblical teaching and buiding relationships. Admission is by application only -- applications are available for download from the camp website.
