Bearskin Meadow Camp - Leaders-in-Training

Older teens (both with and without diabetes) who participate in our Leaders-in-Training program gain valuable experience and leadership skills that help develop a strong foundation for the responsibilities of adulthood including college, work, family and community. Participants must complete LIT I before entering LIT II or demonstrate equivalent experience. Teens who successfully complete the LIT program and apply to work at our programs receive priority in becoming camp staff upon age 18. Applicants must submit a written application, submit two references and complete a phone/Skype interview for both LIT I and LIT II in order to gain acceptance to the program.
