Our overnight residential programs offer a variety of options to fit the schedules and lifestyles of busy families and active kids. Discovery Camp is Keystone Science School’s flagship residential camp program. Science, adventure, and fun collide in a traditional camp setting, as campers experience hands-on education and build lifelong connections with friends. Every regular camp session includes a backpacking overnight, challenge hike adventure, team-building activities, and time-honored songs by the campfire. We incorporate lessons and activities focused around educational themes such as astronomy, local history and wildlife biology. During registration, Discovery Campers can choose one of two adventure options (e.g. whitewater rafting, climbing, horseback riding) for their chosen session. Options vary by session theme and availability.
