Camp Fire Minnesota - Day Camp Assistant

This one-week training offers a bold step for teens looking to grow their leadership skills. DCAs spend the first part of the week in team-building and interactive leadership training with lead camp staff – including first-aid, behavior management, specialty programming and more. During the second part of the week, DCAs partner with Camp Fire MN counselors assisting Day Camp groups in daily activities. We recommend a minimum of two years of DCA before progressing to CIT. Ages 14-15
