The Harp program at IMC is a unique program, with many opportunities for harp players at all levels. Harp includes master classes and optional private lessons from a member of IMC’s artist-teaching faculty, and participation in a harp ensemble. Harp campers will learn technique, solo and ensemble performance styles, and repertoire for all levels of experience.
All interested campers with at least 3 years of private piano study and some Harp experience are welcome! The Session 6 Harp program is open to campers who have completed grade 7 through 12, and Session 7 Harp program is open to ages 21 and up.
Campers are encouraged to bring their own instrument. There are a limited number of harps that you can rent through our faculty member. Please contact the IMC Office for more details.
All interested campers are welcome! A special invitation is issued to piano students with at least three years of private study, and beginners on the harp are encouraged to participate in a special track during the Harp Session.
Students are encouraged to bring their own instruments, if possible. Rental instruments are available for those traveling long distances to IMC.
