Counselor-In-Training (CIT) is a leadership development session geared toward kids that want to become counselors one day. CIT's come to Camp Classen for 3 weeks and are trained in how to operate all camp activities, CPR/AED, First Aid, O2 administrations, deal with common counselor problems and dealing with campers. In addition they have a lot of fun doing all of the awesome camp activities.
