Surrounded by nature, Bynden Wood's outdoor mountaintop facility provides campers with a unique summer camp experience. We offer a wide range of activities and we are one of the only Day programs in Berks County that offers swimming in an outdoor pool every day. Bynden Wood's programming is based on the four core values of the YMCA (Caring, Respect, Honesty and Responsibility). Our staff are professional role-models and they provide the support, leadership and supervision for children to learn new skills, build self-confidence and make new friends.
