This is a two week leadership training program. One weeks of the program are spent learning what it means to be a camp staff person. Topics covered include leading Bible Studies, worship planning and leading, game leading, how to cook over the fire, devotion planning, and how to work with campers. SITs are then welcome to spend one or more weeks during the summer serving as a junior counselor with a group of campers.
