Camp Farwell, www.farwell.com, is the oldest girls camp in America! Owned and operated by the Hanson Family for 39 years, we are experts in the camping world. Farwell is the traditional camp for the modern family and we are continuously working to create a diverse community for campers and staff. Our non-competitive philosophy is ideal in helping our girls develop self-confidence, positive self-concept and creating friends from around the world. A low camper to staff ratio of 2.5:1 is perfect for the first time camper. Every camper is known by name! We offer a completely elective activity program with over 25 different activities to choose from each week. Our location is nestled 'neath the green pines on Halls Lake. We are the only summer camp on the lake, which allows us a great deal of privacy. We welcome campers between the ages of 6-17, and offer 1-7 week sessions. Custom sessions are also available.
