As a Leadership Training participant (“LT” for short), you’ll practice effective leadership to use in your home, school, town, church, or as a camp counselor. Be a positive role model for younger campers in this life-changing, four-week program! The LT program lets you experience many sides of camping ministry while growing in faith, boosting your confidence, and building a community. Room and board plus a small stipend are provided.
