Junior Staff are vital to the ministry of Lutherhaven, serving in kitchen, maintenance, and program areas of camp. This one-, two-, or three-week service-oriented program includes servant-leadership training, group building, the challenge course, unique events just for Junior Staff, and the chance to lead younger campers. The weekend ’tween weeks is spent serving retreat guests. A completed application with 2 referrals must be submitted to be considered for this program. Space is limited.
