BYR - Blue Camp - Science and Sports Camp

Develop your mind and body at Science and Sports Camp (S2), a partnership between Lawrence Hall of Science (LHS) and Strawberry Canyon Youth Programs. Campers will spend half the day at Lawrence Hall of Science, and the other part of the day participating in fun and instructional sports activities at either the Strawberry Canyon Rec Area (SCRA) or the Golden Bear Rec Center (GBRC), depending on grade level. Campers in grades 1/2 go to SCRA and those in grades 3-6 go to GBRC. Supervised transportation is provided between each site.

Cal Youth Programs & Camps offers a wide variety of summer camps, swimming and sport activities for kids of all ages and have been doing so for 60 years. Our camps have been providing sports and recreation, adventure and environmental education, and leadership opportunities to hundreds of children, ages 5-16. We offer 1-Week and 2-Week Sessions for most programs throughout the summer. Cal Youth Programs & Camps employs a highly-trained group of instructors and group leaders to be there every step of your child's camp experience! Our organized activities are designed to provide all kids with opportunities to actively learn, make new friends, develop life-skills, build self-confidence, and have an incredible summer experience outdoors!
