Camp Alamisco - Summer Camp

Make your reservation: Online (Summer Camp Registrations) or call the Youth Department of the GSC Office: (334) 272-7493 Ext: 123 YES, CAMPERS CAN STAY MORE THAN ONE WEEK - As long as they are in an age appropriate camp, campers are welcome to stay for a second session. We do free laundry service ONLY for campers staying more than one week. Adventure: Ages 7-9 Boys and girls, you will find this week to be the most exciting week of your summer as you experience different activities daily. Remember, you can work on crafts to present to a family member or friend. You will make lots of new friends, learn new skills and have loads of fun! Parents, the extra counseling staff provides your child the attention needed for an awesome experience. Friday night, all campers will attend the Pageant Play and an Agape Feast. Campers usually like to dress-up for the Friday night and Sabbath morning program. Junior: Ages 10- 12 Suffering from summer blues? Check it out! Junior camp will put a smile on your face and a spring in your step! The daily activities are full of excitement, from a simple swimming in the lake to an awesome jump in the blob. There are a ton of new friends to make and the coolest staff to meet. Enjoy seeing old friends. Let us know your child is a Pathfinder and we can teach the camper a variety of Pathfinder’s honors upon request. You don’t want to miss this week at camp. Friday night, all campers will attend the Pageant Play and an Agape Feast. Campers usually like to dress-up for the Friday night and Sabbath morning program. Teen: Ages 13-16 Exclusively for teens, this will be an awesome week! You will experience a theme party, pathfinder’s honors and a teen outpost of your choice. Choose your friends, pick your activity, and take a risk, JUMP IN. You’ll love this action packed week. Enjoy our Pageant Play and Agape Feast. Campers usually like to dress-up for the Friday night and Sabbath morning program. We can’t wait to see you! Teen Banquet: Check out the theme for this year and ideas for clothing. Outpost Camp: You will leave camp and travel to one of many beautiful spots around Central Alabama. Spend some extra time learning the skills of your chosen sport. You will camp under the stars, come back tired, but excited! Don't miss this chance to have the time of your life! Available Outposts: Horseback Riding, Waterskiing/Wakeboarding, Rock Climbing and Canoeing. Family Week Type I: For all ages This is family time at its best! Family camp is open to families, singles and couples; there is no limit age. You will be in a safe environment where food, lodging, rest, classes and activities are all included in the price for one week. Enjoy hiking, water sports, horse rides, nutritional meals, inspiring morning devotionals and incredible Christian evening programming. Enjoy a special private dinner with your spouse, friend or child, courtesy of ALAMISCO BISTRO! Women and young ladies, you will have a wonderful Spa night, prepared just for you. We will also provide day care for kids ages 2-6, so take some time from your busy life, and reconnect with your family and God. Get your application in early! Registration will begin on Monday at 2:00 P.M. Family Weekend Type II: All ages Can’t get a whole week off work? Then take advantage of our Family Camp II Weekend special. Come register Thursday morning, and spend a special long weekend with us. Activities like horseback riding, a jump on the blob, archery and many more available to you. You still will enjoy the spiritual devotionals, the Friday night Agape Feast and Passion Play. A delightful Sabbath with the gorgeous nature setting that only Alamisco can offer.
