The CIT Program gives participants the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and learn how to work effectively with children. The CIT program focuses on servant leadership. CIT's will form a tight-knit team while helping with just about everything at camp, such as keeping camp clean, performing kitchen work, completing work projects, providing guidance to campers and leading camp activities. Interested teens must apply and be interviewed before selection into the CIT program. CITs attend a training week during Session 1 and then may select up to 2 additional weeks to return to camp to volunteer.
