Montgomery Presbyterian Center - Summer Camp
An atmosphere of caring and acceptance pervade the Montgomery camp experience. Living in a Christian community, campers are free to be themselves while experiencing newe and exciting actives under the direction of staff members who are speedicated to serving Jesus Christ and sharing His love. In the process of making new friends, sharing in Bible study and worship, laughing a lot and having loads of fun, campers are challenged to grow spiritually, physically, emotionally, and socially.
Campers live in cabin groups with one counselor and five to seven other campers their own age, with another cabin, they form a family group. Family groups develop a communi of trust, openness, and sharing as they join together in Bible study, worship, swimming, skiing, sailing, archery, recreation, arts and crafts, and hiking, Older campers can participate in group and self-discovery on the challenge and high ropes course or in one of our adventure camps. During the evenings, family groups join together for special events like games, skits, or challenges. Each evening is closed with all camp worship.
