Greylock is committed to the concept that we want our boys to grow well rounded and familiar with the arts. We have had very strong programs in the arts since our founding over 95 years ago. Greylock campers put on eight shows a year for their camp brothers. Shows for our 12 to 15 year old boys are co-ed productions with our sister camp. Boys have the opportunity to choose between singing, speaking parts, and support roles in these productions. Greylock also has a very strong program in the visual arts. We employ excellent art instructors who lead the boys in programs such as woodworking, ceramics, mosaics, painting and drawing. Among Greylock’s alumni are many people who have distinguished themselves in these areas, including winners of Academy Awards, Emmys, and the Pulitzer Prize for musical composition
