Culver Woodcraft Camp - Upper School
Culver Upper Schools is a six-week leadership development program for youth ages 14 to 17. The Upper Schools' military organizational structure is designed to instill followership, then leadership, over the course of three summers.
Students have their choice of activities and classes within the Naval School, the School of Horsemanship, and the Aviation School, which include sailing, equitation, or flight instruction. For organizational and residential purposes, boys are enrolled in one of these schools for the whole summer and live in their respective barracks, and girls are organized into Decks and live in separate barracks, although all instruction is the same. All campers follow a schedule that provides a healthy mix of classes, activities, athletic pursuits, and free time.
