Counselors-In-Training (age 16) - Four-week program The Counselor in Training program (C.I.T.) is for 16 year old campers who wish to eventually become a camp counselor at YMCA Camp Piomingo. A C.I.T. spends four weeks at camp developing leadership skills and gaining experience as a camp leader. Through the C.I.T. program, your teen will identify and achieve goals, improve communication and decision-making skills, and contribute to the overall improvement of camp.
