The Betsey Cox leadership program begins for girls and non binary youth completing 9th grade- our BC Leader program. Leaders can join for any session or combination of sessions. The BC Leader program focuses on leadership development and camp activity skills. The Apprentice program builds on the first year, adding leadership work with campers in cabins and activities, and overnight out of camp adventures. The Apprentice program is designed to be an 8 week curriculum and is application based for young people completing 10th grade who have been campers before. The Staf year builds on the Apprentice year. Staf live in camper cabins and join the cabin staff teams and camp activity teams for the summer as learning members. It is an 8 week curriculum with a 2 week service learning trip built in for young people completing 11 grade.
