This hands-on experience provides high school students with unique training as they work side-by-side with some of the best in the field to learn about child development and zoo careers. High school students looking for something fun and valuable to do this summer are invited to be a Busch Gardens Counselor-in-Training! This week-long program offers an opportunity to gain career experience while learning from the best in the field. Expert educators will share their knowledge and expertise on topics from child development and classroom management, to zoo careers and environmental awareness. Counselors-in-Training will complete an on-line orientation before working side-by-side with camp counselors assisting with daily activities for campers in Kindergarten through 4th grade.
