The Avid4 Adventure Leadership and Develop for Teens outdoor summer camp program provides a solid orientation to working in the outdoors with youth through personalized development plans, mentoring, certification, and training. Our Teen Leadership Program is a great opportunity for your teen to combine skills development and leadership training with a summer of rewarding work with great people. Our most senior staff will provide the training and supervision throughout the summer.
