Camp Holiday Trails - Summer Camp 2026

Camp Holiday Trails (CHT) is a year-round Camp for children and teens with medical needs and their siblings. Campers are youth with a qualifying diagnosis and are socially, mentally and emotionally able to participate in group activities. We also partner with other national organizations to offer diagnosis specific programming to support their organizations population.
