The Counselor In Training program steps up from our LIT Program, allowing our more experienced campers opportunities to continue developing their leadership skills, while working with children alongside our YMCA staff, all while having fun at Camp!  CIT’s must first successfully complete the CIT Training Camp at Glacier Hollow from June 11-16.  An application and registration form are required before being accepted into CIT Training Camp.  CIT Training Camp is an overnight camp program. CIT’s will arrive between 1:30-3:30PM on Sunday, June 11 and can be picked up/checked out following the 4:00PM Graduation Ceremony on Friday, June 16.  Participants that successfully pass CIT Training Camp will be placed as CIT’s in Day and/or Overnight Camp programs throughout the summer. The CIT Program requires a commitment of at least 1 week in addition to Training Camp. CIT's are held to high standards and can be removed from the program if not meeting those standards.
