Camp Tuku - Mindfulness Camp - AZ
Camp Tuku aims to empower children ages 6-14 with the skill of mindfulness so that they can develop inner resilience, positive self-awareness, and the capacity to respond more intentionally and effectively to the inevitable stressors of life. Set within a traditional summer camp experience, Camp Tuku offers an amazing opportunity for kids to put mindfulness in action in every activity and in their interactions with other campers. Each day at camp is intentionally designed to give the campers time and space to connect their inner world to nature through a variety of holistic and traditional camp activities. Campers practice yoga, play mindfulness games, develop a gratitude practice, and engage in arts and crafts, aquatics, physical challenges and team building activities, as well as learning about organic gardening, sustainability endeavors, and innovations/ STEAM.
