Get outside with us to learn and grow our skills in the game of lacrosse! This week will revolve around age appropriate skill development and having fun with others who love to play! Girls will be encouraged to challenge their level of play and break through to that next level. Coaches will be teaching skills based on abilities, including but not limited to technique, shooting, defensive awareness, draw specialization, offensive structure, ect. Each day, girls will get to swim at Genesee Valley. A sample schedule is below.
