Junior Counselors are high school students in our leadership training program. For one or more two week sessions, Junior Counselors work closely with a mentor Senior Counselor developing valuable skills, such as leadership, problem solving, and communication. The Junior Counselor program looks great on college applications and resumes, and JCs can receive personal letters of recommendation upon completion of the program. The application is on our website and applicants are invited to a group interview once their application is received.
