Leaders spend the first half of their four-week session learning valuable leadership skills from experienced mentors. Your child will delve into fields such as first aid, leadership, and child psychology— ensuring they are well equipped to be guides and role models for future campers. For the latter half of their session, they serve as counselors for children in our Campers program. As they supervise their younger counterparts, they gain real-life leadership experience and learn how to handle responsibilities in a controlled, safe environment.
