Living in camper cabins as well as our platform tents, campers develop a code of conduct for their group living experience, as well as spend time on Jorn’s low ropes challenge course to solidify the group experience. The highlight of the session is a beginner level six-day-five-night trip. On the trip, participants learn how to serve others and practice their leadership skills. C.I.T.s are also an integral part of the counseling team, and spend time in peer group discussions sharing cabin experiences, addressing concerns, and developing skills on how to transition to the role of cabin counselor.
