No experience necessary for this beginning guitar camp! The week starts with an introduction to melody, chords, and learning notes on the guitar strings. Over the course of the week, students sing and perform traditional as well as popular songs. Learn to play both as a soloist and also communicate with other musicians. Learn to read music in guitar tablature and standard notation while also exploring rhythm and ear training. This is a great environment to comfortably play melodies, begin to strum songs you enjoy, and gain an appreciation for music and the guitar.
