Santa Cruz County is one of the few places on Earth with the magnificent redwood forest! These giants hide many amazing critters and secrets in their shade. Little scientists will start to peel back these secrets of the forest in their backyards. From the slimy banana slug to mysterious mushrooms to the wise and wonderful owl, campers will learn about their forest neighbors, and how they live in their redwood homes. Each day will include interactive games and experiments to keep little explorers learning all camp long! If this is your child's first time in a classroom setting, we know it can be both exciting and scary. Our small instructor-to-child ratio ensures that they'll receive the support they need in a fun and safe environment. Parents are welcome to stay for as long, or as little as they like, as their child eases into their day. Our camps offer a great opportunity to help transition your child into an educational setting with our experienced instructors!
