Snacks are known by many names: antipasti, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, and dim sum. What
kid doesn’t like snacks? They’re great for parties, picnics, barbeques, school lunches, and meals with the whole family! Students learn how to make dips, breakfast bites, delectable morsels, and delicious finger foods that are kid friendly.
With recipes, tips, and tricks, young campers will soon be eagerly preparing their own snacks and meals! Menu items for the week will include crostini, scones, hummus, guacamole, sliders, pizza poppers, pigs in a blanket, cucumber barquettes, baked zucchini bites, fruit smoothies, filled wonton cups, peach-pumpkin squares, finger sandwiches, and even granola clusters—oh my!
