The Cranbrook Basketball camp focuses on two important elements in becoming an improved basketball player: fundamentals and strength training. Upon completion of the camp the athletes will have gained the knowledge of the proper techniques of strength training for basketball. The goal is for the athletes to be able to incorporate both the fundamentals and strength training in their daily training regimens.
