With only 80 campers, and a camper/counselor ratio of 3:1, the small session size and emphasis on community builds friendships and mutual respect. These shorter sessions are perfect for first-time campers. Staff are trained to engage with each child to create a great first-time camp experience! At Hosmer Point, children direct their own schedules, fostering self confidence as they choose from activities such as: sculling, sailing, farming, furniture building, and mountain biking. Other highlights are delicious farm-to-table food (with accommodations for special diets), a focus on environmental stewardship, and an electronics-free campus. Tuition is on a sliding scale, with families paying $250- $1500 per session.
