Our highly trained staff works hard to provide a fun, yet safe environment for all who choose to attend and are trained in CPR, First Aid and child abuse prevention. Professionally certified staff members are also employed for the ropes course, climbing wall, waterfront and archery range. Leadership Development Programs include: Leader-In-Training: Ages 13-14 Staff-In-Training: Ages 15-17 (Application & Interview Process) Junior Staff: Ages 16-17 & completed the SIT Program (Application & Interview Process)
