CILT is taking campers to a new level - leadership. It's designed for high school girls who want to take the next step in their faith journey over the course of two summers. Staffed with dedicated women of God, campers will see firsthand what it looks like to be a servant leader for Christ. CILTs will achieve top award levels for the camp activities of their choosing, preparing to become an instructor themselves. They will refine Bible knowledge, cultivate outdoor knowledge and camping skills, identify their strengths, and learn to fulfill their potential, overcoming challenges and increasing self-confidence on the way. The daily schedule is filled with a variety of lectures, high-energy activities, discussions, and leadership opportunities. Campers will be housed in a cabin or tent with the CILT counselor and instructor along with and other campers in the program.
