David Lee Brown
RESIDENT MUSICIAN: July 2-8, 2017 and August 6-12, 2017
We are excited to have David Lee Brown joining us again in 2017! Singer/songwriter David Lee Brown has been entertaining audiences, providing residencies, and writing songs long enough to know better but he still keeps doing it. Residing now in Custer, SD he has been the usual vagabond taking his music all around the country. After traveling back and forth to Nashville for years, he lived in Nashville for four years working with and being inspired by the songwriters who write The songs. From touring the college coffeehouse circuit, to providing residencies in schools and camps, to community concerts, David was also a partner in Dakota Road Music, working with Larry Olson and Hans Peterson writing, leading workshops on music leadership as well as music at numerous youth gatherings. David’s songs and stories, heartfelt to humorous, are about regular life as it moves along the timeline.
