Are you looking for an enriching, empowering, outdoor adventure focused day program for your child? Join us for Day Camp at Camp Hochelaga! Day Camp sessions are offered Monday-Friday every week between June 19 - August 18. We welcome Day Campers between 6-17 years of age, and are a gender inclusive girls+* camp. At Camp Hochelaga your Day Camper will have opportunities to: Learn new skills and take on challenges across all programs offered at camp (see Activities and Special Programs tab for complete list of offerings) Build and strengthen friendships with other Day Campers and Residential Campers of similar ages Connect with fun, enthusiastic camp counselors who are specifically committed to supporting our Day Campers Join us for a one night camp sleepover offered optionally each week Included in Day Camp tuition: Transportation from University Mall on Dorset Street or Chimney Corners Park & Ride in Milton (optional, see schedule below) Breakfast, lunch, and snacks available throughout the day Optional: camp sleepover Thursday (occasionally Wednesday) night with other Day Campers *girls+: “Refers to girls (cisgender or transgender), as well as any young person who may hold less assigned gender power. The “+” is derived from Bear Hebert to include all those who self-identify as oppressed by misogyny similarly to those who identify as girls, including femme, femme-passing, gender non-conforming, nonbinary, agender, genderqueer, intersex folx, and all those who live outside of identities that terms or language can describe now or in the future.” (Rachel Ricketts, “Do Better”)
