Mt. Cross Ministries - Leaders in Training (LIT)

Our 3 year Leaders in Training (LIT) program provides youth with training in all of the basic summer staff skills. The Advanced Leaders in Training (aLIT) program allows youth to return and build upon these skills. Successfully complete both programs and youth can apply to be a Junior Leader (JL), where the youth’s main role will be to help a counselor with a cabin group.
