Kids who are ready for an independent camp experience will find this week-long camp filled with adventure, fun and friendship. Campers with diabetes bring one or more buddies from home who may or may not also have diabetes. A buddy can be a sibling, friend, cousin, etc. The buddies are grouped together and live on a deck with other buddies and two to three counselors. In addition to diabetes education the kid enjoy classic camp experiences such as swimming, nature, arts & crafts, sports, games, dances, overnights, campfires and much more.
