The Leader-in-Training (LIT) program was intentionally developed to provide our oldest campers a way to transition from camper to a new role. For many LITs, this program is preparation for someday becoming a counselor; however, the skills, lessons, and experiences of the Leader-in-Training positively impact all aspects of an LIT's life. Our LITs assist counselors in daily operations, programming, and camper supervision. They engage in daily discussions, event planning, and culminating trips for service and fun! There is a two-week minimum to participate in this program.
