You will practice preparing delicious and nutritious recipes using seasonal, farm-fresh foods. Explore the importance of food sustainability, and learn more about food systems from farm to fork. Creative Arts in Nature (entering grades 9-12) Discover daily inspiration in the colors, shapes, and textures of the summer season. Investigate the natural world and express your creativity through field journaling, drawing, painting, poetry, and photography. Develop your portfolio and showcase your artwork to the community.
