Spend 4 weeks immersed in camp, learning and practicing skills that will help you become an influential future leader. At first, you'll shadow camp Counselors, Specialists, and Unit Leaders to identify traits that make for successful leadership. Then, step into their shoes, while they coach you through their responsibilities. As your experience comes to an end, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate the skills you have practiced. LIT graduates have moved into leadership roles at Camp K and elsewhere in the Alaskan community.
