Are you ready to step up to leadership and change the world around you? This dynamic one-week course introduces students to the basic principles of transformational leadership and to effective tools and strategies to create positive change. Program participants will learn about the challenges and opportunities for girls in leadership,will assess and improve their own leadership strengths, participate in team-building exercises that emphasize cooperation rather than competition, and gain hands on experience in developing innovative solutions to problems faced by girls and women world-wide. Students will have the opportunity to interact with student leaders at Clemson and with leaders in the Upstate.
