Camp Woodie - Senior Camp

Senior camp is designated for young men and women ages 12-16. At Senior camp, campers will learn about the history and heritage of wildlife and waterfowl conservation while honing their skills as outdoorsman and women. Senior campers will learn to locate and identify animal sign, construct duck blinds, and create effective decoy spreads all while fine tuning their shooting skills at one of our many shooting venues. Also, they will have the opportunity to obtain their Hunter’s Safety Certification and/or their Boater’s Safety Certification. All of this while still being able to enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, sports, and visits from professional instructors in Fly Fishing, Duck Calling, and Dog Training, to name a few! The last day of camp is the Top Gun competition, a competition to determine the best shot at Camp. Probably the coolest thing about being a Senior campers is that all Senior campers get to come back to the Wildlife Education Center in the Fall for a Dove or Duck Hunt!
